How will the size difference affect Cotto-Margarito?
Q. Cotto=5'7" in height and 67" in reach Margarito=5'11" in height and 73" in reach. Normal proportions are equal height to reach, Cotto is exactly as tall as his wingspan is wide. Not only is Margarito tall for a welter, but his wing span is 2 inches wider than normal proportion. Do we have a difference-maker?

A. Very good observation elmer, margarito's size will be a HUGE asset to him in this fight, because it will allow him to keep the distance against the dangeours Cotto, however Margarito has a very bad habit of getting carried away by the fight and he might actually be foolish enough to stay and trade punches with cotto...and if he does that too many times there is a chance he will go down...however if he plays smart and takes advantage of his reach he might be able to earn a decision if not a tko.

why is amir khan pursuing a fight with joel cassamayor?
Q. amir khan offers 400,000 euros to fight joel.. now joel is firing back saying hes gonna knock khan dead.. lol thats funny.. but still there are some prime fighters out there at 140, why is he seeking out casmayor?

A. Why is he calling out Lightweights and injured fighters the time to fight Joel Casamayor and Micheal Katsidis was when Khan was campaigning as a Lightweight, but now that he's moved up its time to look elsewhere for fights. Joel Casmayor would have been a great stepping stone fight when Khan was a Lightweight but he isn't anymore. Since then Casamayor hasn't fought since November of 2009 not to mention he hasn't beat a notable fighter since Micheal Katsidis in 2008. He's 38, he was knocked out the last time he fought a relevant fighter, and by the time the fight is made he'll probably have spent a year out of the ring, why make this fight. I would rather see Amir Khan wait until Timothy Bradley fights Luis Carlos Abregu and then he… [cont.]
